- Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Returned products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
- Returned products must have all the origianl labels attached and be in their original packaging.
CHANGING COLOUR AND/OR SIZE
Some products come in one size/colour/length only. These products can therefore not be changed for a different size/colour/length/etc. If you wish to change such a product, please contact customer care.
If you wish to change the colour and/or size of the product, please complete the Return Process form.
The cost of returning the product/s to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, is solely payable by the customer. However, we will pay to ship the new product/s to you.
Your new product/s will be shipped once we have received the original product/s back in our warehouse.
If you don’t want the product/s and wish to receive a refund: Firstly, please complete the Return Process form. Then you’ve to ship the product to Giessegi.
all refunds will be granted free of charge to the original purchaser. However, the cost of returning the product/s to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, is solely payable by the customer. The customer will be refunded the value of the returned product/s only.
returned products that were paid for via national bank transfer will be refunded by bank transfer upon your communication of the following necessary bank information to our Customer Care Team: IBAN and account holder information for Italian bank accounts . Returned products that were originally paid for using a credit card or via PayPal will be refunded to the original credit card or original PayPal account.
The refund will be processed as soon as the returned product/s arrive in our warehouse. Please note: If you paid by credit card, refunds can then take up to 4 weeks to appear in your bank statement.
FAULT OR ERROR
If there was a fault or error with your product/order, please complete the Return Process, write here that there was a fault or error with your product/order and explain what that fault/error is. Finally write you want to be refound or change product.
Finally, do not send the product back until you have first contacted our customer care team by emailing email@example.com
