The Giessegi line of products is conceived and developed completely inside. The high quality of the Giessegi bike wear is guaranteed by the skills of an high qualified staff and the perfect cooperation and coordination of the different internal sections, equipped with new technical machinery. The factory is provided with an artwork and design laboratory, which is equipped with digital printers and a plotter for drawing, and is specialized in the elaboration and development of innovative patterns in order to satisfy any kind of customer demand.
In the cutting room, the use of a spreader and of a computerized cutter permits a rapid, efficient and precise fabric working process, improving the productivity and the high capacity of the company.
Besides, it is very important also the printing section, provided with four high technical presses, and the internal clothes and samples manufacturing section, which plays a strategic role in the elaboration, development and quality control of each single article produced, in order to achieve always the high standard wanted by Giessegi .
